10月13日(星期四)，港島民生書院的羽毛球隊應邀到本校出席友誼賽。
兩校的隊員透過切磋球技，互相學習，甚有得著。以下是兩位同學於參加活動後的感想：
一星期前，洪老師通知我即將有其他學校的同學來到「張振興」跟我們進行友誼賽，我十分興奮。可是到了這天，我卻非常緊張。因為我的緊張，最後我輸了賽事，但我明白到凡事不要太過緊張，如果太緊張便會失誤。要有一點點自信，勝負也不要看得太重，友誼第一呢！

Last Thursday, I had a friendly competition with IMSC. I felt anxious when I was playing the match.
My rival was in B grade and I was just in C grade. Therefore it was difficult for me to win the match but I didn’t give up.
At first, I got the first point from my rival. My teacher was looking at me and I don’t want to lose face. I tried my best to get more points from my rival.
During the second round, I started losing points. I couldn’t get hype ball from my rival. I was in hot water.
At last, I lost my match. However, I didn’t feel sad as I tried my best. To my surprise, my classmates didn’t laugh at me. We also took a photo with the other secondary school.

本校將繼續為學生帶來不同的聯校活動，期望以此開闊學生眼界，亦令學生在疫情之下，仍能充實身心，有益發展。
10月27日(星期四)，該校的女子羽毛球隊亦應邀到本校出席友誼賽。
今年是本校轉為男女校的第二年，不少女生也躍躍欲試，加入本校羽毛球隊。是次友誼賽由友校的女子羽毛球隊對陣我方的男女子混合隊員，兩方互有往來，賽事十分激烈。切磋貴乎交流，兩校學生在競技之中既增進球技，也收獲友誼，甚有得著。
